For those of you who don't know Julie Fershtman, she is a longtime animal law - and specifically equine law - attorney. She's done a lot of writing (among other things) for the ABA's animal law committee and now she has a new book available on a subject near and dear - I would imagine - to the hearts of anyone reading this blog.
